$5,000 Donation To Rangers Suporting Rangers
We at Rangers Supporting Rangers use these funds for two ongoing programs. In the Fall we supply school supply backpacks to students in need in the Forest Lake district. We use funds to purchase backpacks and various supplies to supplement donated supplies that we receive throughout the year and by local school supply drive partnerships. Supplies are sorted and packed by volunteers ahead of the start of the school year. Throughout the year we use funds to purchase canned goods, individually packed breakfast and lunch options, and snacks for students whose families have requested meal assistance. Each student receives a bag with two breakfast, lunch, and snack options that they can bring home in their backpack to help on the weekend when they aren’t able to receive school breakfast and lunch. These bags are packed and distributed weekly by students in the district’s STEP program who also gain important vocational skills at the same time. With this years donation, we have donated a total of $20,000 to Rangers Supporting Rangers.
$20,000 Donated to Snocross Mobile Medical Team
Snocross is an incredible sport, in which outstanding athletes are occasionally injured. This ensures the quickest and highest level of care for these participants. With this years donation, we have donated a total of $110,000 to the Snocross Mobile Medical team.
$10,000 Donated to Wings For Life
One terrible thing we know that occurs in the world of action sports, is that some participants suffer a severe spinal cord injury, resulting in paralysis. Paralysis was long considered permanent, but thanks to advances in research and technology, that view is changing. There is no cure yet, but current research proves that spinal cord repair and regeneration is possible. More and more scientists around the world are confident that a cure for paralysis in humans could be as close as ten to twenty years away. The goal of Wings for Life is to cure spinal cord injury. To do so, the foundation concentrates on supporting research only. All funds raised are 100% dedicated to this purpose. We’re excited to provide $10,000 to Wings for Life again this year to get closer to a cure. With this years donation, we have donated a total of $52,500 to Wings For Life.

Many of us cannot imagine the challenges faced by youth aging out of foster care—often without the safety net of permanent, caring connections. That’s why HHMF is proud to partner with YFS Foster Care Services, helping these young adults achieve stability and independence. Our funding provides flexible support where it’s needed most, whether for groceries, housing deposits, educational supplies, job interview attire, or even holiday gifts—ensuring no young person has to navigate this journey alone. With this years donation, we have donated a total of $37,500 to The YFS Foster Care Services program!
